So for the past eight weeks around I’ve been training myself (weight training six days per week) and I’ve make some awesome progress and I’m getting really muscular. I’m doing a fitness competition with the IDFA in about 130 days, so my Dad and I decided he’s going to start training me to take me to the next level.
I did a back workout with him yesterday, and holy crap, hardest thing of my life. I was like laughing and crying at the same time because it was so hard and hurt so good. We trained to failure on basically every set of ever exercise, and I’ve never been so tired afterwards. I can literally feel my back growing in size haha! Today is leg day….something I usually love! But to be honest I’m a bit scared hahaha especially since leg training can be really brutal! I HAVE SO MUCH MOTIVATION THOUGH! I want it so bad :)
